AI is transforming everything. Education hasn't caught up.

The UK's leading AI literacy charity for 16–18 year olds

12,000+ LaunchPad students enrolled with partner institutions

A structured, certificated programme that prepares young people to understand, question, and use AI responsibly — delivered by your staff, with no AI expertise required.

Meet Your Tomorrow

Your students have questions about AI. They deserve proper answers.

Young people are entering a world shaped by artificial intelligence — but most have never had a structured opportunity to explore what it means for them. Schools and colleges want to act, but staff lack the time, the training, and the ready-made programme to make it happen.

That's the gap the LaunchPad was built to fill.

These are the things your students are actually saying

Through workshops and student panels with hundreds of 16–18 year olds, we've heard the same themes again and again — curiosity, confusion, scepticism, and a real desire for someone to help them make sense of it all.

The AI Literacy LaunchPad

A complete AI literacy programme — not a set of resources you stitch together. Video-led, certificated, and designed so any member of staff can deliver it from day one.

Your students have questions no one's answering. Your staff want to help but don't have the time, the training, or the programme. The LaunchPad was built for exactly this.

Ready from day one

Everything your staff need in one place — videos, discussion guides, activities, and assessment. No assembling, no adapting, no guesswork.

The videos do the teaching

Professional video content carries each session. Your staff guide the conversation and activities — they don't need to become AI experts.

Tailored to your institution

Your branding, your terminology, contextualised references. Students see a programme that belongs to their school or college, not a generic product.

A certificate that counts

Every student earns a verifiable digital Certificate of Completion — a tangible addition to UCAS forms, CVs, and job applications.

Fits your timetable

Designed for tutor time, tutorial slots, or enrichment sessions. Available for group delivery or individual study — your schedule, your way.

No AI expertise needed

Any member of staff can deliver this. A 3-minute intro video and our briefing session are all the preparation required.

Four stages. One clear purpose: AI literacy that lasts.

The LaunchPad takes students on a structured learning journey — from understanding what AI actually is, through to thinking critically about what it means for their world and their futures.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we need to provide?
Logo files and branding, your institutional AI policy (if you have one), programme details including student numbers, cohort information, and intended start date, any terminology preferences, and confirmation of device access for students. We handle everything else.
How long does setup take?
Typically 3–4 weeks from receiving your signed agreement and assets. Portal access is provided approximately 2 weeks before your intended start date. Expedited delivery is available if needed.
How is the programme delivered?
Video-led sessions delivered by your staff using our platform and materials. Available for group delivery in classroom or tutorial settings, or for individual study. No AI expertise is required from delivering staff — everything they need is provided.
Do our staff need AI knowledge?
No. The LaunchPad is designed so that any member of staff can deliver it without prior AI knowledge or preparation. The video content carries the teaching — your staff facilitate discussion and activities using the guides we provide.
Will students receive a certificate?
Yes. Students receive a unique, verifiable digital Certificate of Completion — a valuable addition to UCAS forms, CVs, and job applications.
What preparation do staff need?
Minimal. A 3-minute introduction video, an online briefing session we run before you start, and 1–2 minutes per session reviewing the provided teaching notes. No AI expertise needed.
What topics does the programme cover?
The LaunchPad covers four stages: Foundation (what AI is and how it works), Application (AI in the workplace, creativity, and everyday life), Impact (jobs, ethics, environment, fairness, and bias), and Horizons (what's coming next and what it means for students' futures). Each stage builds on the last, taking students from grounded understanding through to critical thinking about their own AI-shaped future.

"As a multi-academy trust, we need solutions that can be delivered consistently across our schools. The LaunchPad gave us confidence that it would be straightforward for staff to deliver and valuable for students across our sixth forms. The content is current and purpose-built for schools, rather than being a patchwork of generic online resources."
— Sixth Form Strategy Lead, Multi Academy Trust, London
"The materials are exceptionally well-designed. Training staff to use the resources was straightforward and tutors were incredibly impressed with the content."
— Teaching and Learning Lead, FE College, South East
"It is essential that our young people are AI literate and able to use these tools safely, creatively and responsibly. The AI LaunchPad prepares students for that future with user-friendly and engaging resources."
— Head of Key Stage 5, Grammar School, Kent
"I didn't really know anything about AI before. I thought it was just ChatGPT. But since we've had the sessions, it shows the wider benefits of AI and how it affects day-to-day life."
— Year 12 student, Partner Institution
"I'd recommend it because it doesn't generalise AI as something that completely takes over the world. It cuts back any fear. It's not fear-mongering."
— Year 12 student, Partner Institution
Content pitched at the right level: Across 177 feedback submissions from 7 institutions, less than 2% found the content too advanced. Accessible regardless of prior AI knowledge.

What makes the LaunchPad different

Balanced perspective

We don't hype AI and we don't dismiss it. Students explore both the potential and the risks, developing the critical thinking to form their own informed views — not ours.

"I think they've been quite well-balanced. People either view AI as really positive or really negative. This covers the pros and cons." — Year 12 student, Partner Institution

True independence

Your Tomorrow is a registered charity, not a tech company. We have no AI products to sell. Our only interest is equipping young people with the understanding they need.

Built around what students actually care about

Every session starts from where 16–18 year olds are — their futures, their careers, their world. Not abstract theory. Real questions, real relevance.

Built from experience, not assumptions

The LaunchPad didn't start with a product idea. It started in classrooms.

In 2024, Your Tomorrow began running workshops on artificial intelligence with young people across the UK — real conversations about what they understood, what worried them, and what they wanted to know. What emerged was striking. Students had serious, thoughtful questions about AI — about fairness, about jobs, about creativity, about their own futures. But they had no structured way to explore them. Schools and colleges wanted to act, but lacked the resources and confidence to make it happen.

Those workshops also made something else clear: a programme that depended on one person in the room could never reach enough students. To close the gap at scale, it had to work differently — video-led, staff-delivered, designed so that any institution could run it without specialist knowledge.

That's how the AI Literacy LaunchPad came to be. It's grounded in what students actually told us they needed, shaped by what educators told us they could realistically deliver, and built to reach thousands — not dozens.

We're a charity because this matters too much to be a product. Every student deserves access to proper AI literacy — not marketing, not hype, just clarity. That's what we're building.
